Gallagher Bassett has been managing our claims since 28 October 2019.

​Gallagher Bassett is the largest multi-disciplinary Third Party Claims Administrator in New Zealand, managing claims on behalf of insurers, brokers, government bodies and self- insured organisations.

​We are also pleased to let you know that we will have a dedicated Claims Manager, Christine Madden. Christine is the best person to answer your everyday questions and settle any claims for Healthcare99.

Trustees of Healthcare99

The NZFFWS Board are the legal trustees of Healthcare99 who are responsible for the fund. The Board have the mandate to support members within the rules of Healthcare99 who are all members of NZFFWS.

This means we are more invested in the health and wellbeing of our members and providing the best possible outcome for their claims. We provide a supportive and caring approach when you need it most, at time of claim.
