(a) The Society may at any time be dissolved by the consent of three quarters of the Members testified
by their signatures to an instrument of dissolution in accordance with Section 94 of the Act.

(b) If a Special General Meeting of the Society resolves that the Society should be would up, then the Society may further resolve, by a majority of Members, the manner of division of the assets (if any) provided that the dissolution may only be determined in accordance with the preceding Rule.
