(a) A Secretary of the Society shall be appointed by the Board for such term at such remuneration
and upon such conditions as it thinks fit and any Secretary so appointed may be removed by the Board.
The Secretary shall prepare and maintain full and correct records of all meetings of the Society. The Secretary shall give; or shall cause to be given, in the manner provided in these Rules, proper notice of all meetings of the members and shall perform such other duties as the Secretary may be directed to perform by resolution of the Board not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or of these Rules.

(b) A Treasurer of the Society shall be appointed by the Board for such term and at such remuneration and upon such conditions as it thinks fit. Any Treasurer so appointed may be removed by the Board. The Treasurer shall keep proper books of account and shall attend to the receipt and payment of all moneys on behalf of the Society in accordance with the Rules hereinafter set forth.

(c) Neither the Secretary or Treasurer need be a Member and subject to the consent in writing of the Registrar it shall be lawful for the Board if it so wishes to appoint one person to hold both the offices of Secretary and Treasurer.
